Still sketching practice:

I've been practicing every night new techniques and different types of mediums while sketching subjects that are unfamiliar to me.  I am using pencils, colored pencils, markers, (Prismacolor, Bic pen) I'm still to afraid to even try paints of any kind, I have tried oil pastels, messy, but I love how they blend, it feels like using chalk:).... Ive also used oil crayons not pad either.

Still working on the blending, shading,and perspective of light.  Can't wait for Sketch fest this weekend!.  Also school is rapping up for the boys.  Jacob came home with a lovely letter from his teacher on how well he has improved both academically and socially!  Joel has been maturing before my eyes, came home today and did his chores with no prompting!  So proud of my Family!
